Our Sunday gathering is meant to retell the story of the gospel, the great redemptive story into which God graciously invites us. During the gathering we join together in the elements noted below.
CALL TO WORSHIP, SONGS OF ADORATION
A time to prepare our hearts and make ourselves fully present to God.
CONFESSION OF SIN, SILENT CONFESSION
Knowing that there is no condemnation for those in Christ, this is a time when we corporately and individually confess our sins before God and one another.
ASSURANCE OF GRACE
Having confessed, we receive God’s forgiveness of us in Christ.
PASSING OF THE PEACE
Take the peace of God given to you and offer it to one another.
PRAYER OF GENEROSITY
A time of worshiping through giving, inviting us respond to God’s prior generosity to us.
PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE
A time of intercessory prayer in which we join together on the behalf of others.
LITURGY OF THE WORD
We hear from God’s Word, receiving it and applying what he has to said to our lives.
THE LORD'S TABLE
A time for followers of Jesus to respond to him by partaking of the bread, signifying Christ’s broken body, and the cup, signifying his blood shed for our forgiveness.
SONGS OF PRAISE
A time of response to God, in which we corporately offer him praise.
We receive God’s blessing toward us and are in turn sent out into the world as bearers of good news.
